Mayatan Foundation owns and operates the Mayatan Bilingual School. The Foundation is a registered, tax-exempt, non-profit, non-governmental organization in Copán Ruinas, Honduras, Central America.
The Foundation is comprised of 16 Board Members, including the three mothers who founded the school in 1991. Foundation members give their time and advice free of charge.
